1992
One shop. A beginning.
Our story began back in 1992, when our first shop opened its doors in the Lyulin neighbourhood. It still welcomes customers today — a testament to our lasting dedication and love for what we do.
Over the years
Knowing the food and the people behind it.
Over the years, our desire to grow led us down a new path. We gradually realised that we wanted to offer food made as simply as possible — without unnecessary additives and with an authentic taste. We wanted to support small producers, know the people behind the products and offer our customers food whose quality we believe in.
2016
Our farm and dairy
In time, the idea of starting our own production took shape — making food whose ingredients we know inside out. In 2016, that dream became a reality with the creation of our farm and dairy in Dolna Bela Rechka, a village nestled in the Vratsa Balkan mountains.
Today
A taste close to nature.
There, our animals spend almost the entire year grazing freely in nature. We raise cows, sheep and goats, and use their milk, adding only starter culture, to make our yoghurts and cheeses. For us, this is a way to create products with simple ingredients, authentic taste and respect for tradition.
